Happy New Year to you all ! We hope you had a pleasant 2025 and enjoyed the Christmas festivities along with lots of lovely cooking ! We spent Christmas at home with Henry, my mum & dad visited for a few days and we met up with other friends and family too. Generally it was a well-needed relaxing time after the pre-Christmas rush.
But what an amazing end to 2025 we had with lots of book & subscription sales, boosted by a little surprise NEW Book "One Pot Wonders" which came out on 1st December ! This was the first book I've published without giving you advance warning and doing a pre-order system. Mainly due to the fact we didn't know if we would get it finished before Christmas, as the original plan was to release it in early 2026. But I got very excited and along with our printers, we managed to get everything done in time to give you something new to add to your Christmas List ! I hope you're enjoying these easy, convenient one-pot recipes.
Thanks to all those who purchased any of my recipe books for the Ninja Foodi in 2025. I hope you're all enjoying the recipes, whichever one(s) you bought. It was great to see you using your Loyalty Points, with some people getting up to £6 off their orders, on top of any discounts! There is something for everyone in each book, all with a different theme. I have a few ideas for the next one, but please do let me know what you would like to see next by posting a comment below or just reach out to me via the website contact page. I have no date set for book no.5 so all I can say right now, is that it will be out by the end of the year.
Today, I had someone ask me for a recipe calendar, but I don't know if this is something which would be popular with you all ? If there is a good demand, we could look into producing a 2027 calendar for the end of this year. Or do you use a calendar on your smart phone / tablet these days ? Please let me know below.
In early December, I went to see a friend from my old college days who now lives in London. We had the most amazing Lemon & Caper Chicken and Duck Ragu Pasta in Selfridges. Every time I go out to eat I get inspiration for recipes to offer you in the Ninja Foodi. I Love that this machine can do pretty much anything with a bit of thought and adaptation !
Michael and I also went to see the comedian Jimmy Carr at the O2 before Xmas. We had booked a meal afterwards, but the start of the show was delayed which meant by the time we got out, the restaurant was closed sadly ! But at least we saved some money after paying stupidly inflated prices for drinks inside the O2 ! The show was really good though, his audience interaction was brilliant and we laughed so much - I highly recommend going to see him if you get the chance.
I also went to the cinema with a close friend to see "The Housemaid", we went to watch Panto at Cliffs Pavilion in Southend on Christmas Eve with my Mum & Dad and we had lunch with some frineds at a local stables which has been turned into a cafe/restaurant. So we did some really nice things during December, now it's back to work (is it really work though ?)

26% OFF - JANUARY SALE PRICES are now live so if you haven't bought one of my recipe books yet or you're new to the Ninja Foodi, then please take a look at the discount offers currently on the website HERE
