All recipes show the cooking times, functions, temperatures in degrees C and F, calories, ingredients with UK/European metric measurements and my simple step-by-step methods.

This book is still produced using great quality paper and full colour pages throughout, the same as the last book. The QR codes were so well received in '99' that we have done this again for almost all of the recipes within the book, so you can watch along with my YouTube videos whilst you follow the book recipe. The accompanying videos are exclusive to those who buy this Christmas Recipe book, so you won't be able to make these gorgeous festive recipes without it !!
