Not having a sweet tooth, I haven’t made a cake since I was at school but, chatting with my sweet toothed colleagues & the need to use my new mixer, I decided to make this cake (Ginger Cake) today before work!! Thank you, it went down a treat & we all enjoyed it!!!! Tomorrow I’m doing the choc/expresso cake for the guys at work……thank you again because, I’m using functions on the 15 in 1 that, I wouldn’t of dreamt of using before watching your channel. 🙏👍🏻
