Wow thank you for the video the chicken turned out excellent, I've been cooking with pressure cookers for years, but the ability to steam and air fry, is a fantastic option. I put lemon in the chicken it tastes really nice, I have just put the chicken bones into pressure cooker on high for 15 minutes to make gravy stock - big thanks to you
