Susannah, your Christmas book is great, good size to store in the kitchen cupboard. Just made the red onion chutney, the house smells like Christmas now and the chutney tastes great too. All the recipes that I have cooked from your first book was a delight to make and tasted brilliant and I was asked to make them many times as we all enjoyed them.

I used this (Shredded Chicken) for fajitas! Only had our ninja foodi Max for a week but definitely getting our use out of it already all thanks to your videos! I cooked the chicken as per this video, while shredding it I then used some of the liquid to sear and saute the peppers so totally oil free, then added the chicken back in with the fajita mix and WOW! It was amazing, thank you for your videos! 💫😊
