Finally made this (Beef & Pork Ragu)… Omg! Had it with mash with my girlfriend then the next day with pasta with my daughter. I've cooked soo many of your recipes but this has to be one of the best and perfect for batch cooking for the freezer. Once again thank you for making a cook out of me!

Hi Susannah, strangely I was saying to my hubby that we would have the exact same thing later this week (Mushroom Pasta). Mainly because we have a lot of mushrooms that need using up. Thanks Susannah! As a vegetarian myself I do love the veggie focused recipes. I love the meat based ones too, though. There's so many great meat alternatives out there nowadays that they can usually be adapted using plant based ingredients! You've been invaluable for learning to air fry/sautée/pressure/slow cook/etc. This channel is unmatched!
