Hi, So I have only just found your page, and this evening, I tried your rice recipe...it was just fabulous. I actually added some chopped green beans to my rice

This evening I made Susannah’s Parmesan & Pesto Risotto (minus the pesto as it’s one of the very few things I don’t like😂). It turned out exactly as in Susannah’s video. Absolutely delicious. I served it with a portion of Chicken Kiev😋

I can’t believe how easy it was to make this risotto compared to the slow and painful hob method😫
