I recently received a copy of your book. It looks fantastic! It’s so thorough, I was pleased to see the conversion tables and suggested cooking times for Ninja compared to regular oven, I’m never sure! There are so many lovely recipes my family would enjoy. Both my daughter and husband looked through it too; my daughter choosing several for tea and my husband saying what a good book it is. I made the tuna pasta bake thinking my son, fussy eater, would like it, he did, we all did. Thank you for your fab videos and wonderful book! Xxx
