I received my new cookbook in Melbourne today and I have to say that I am impressed. Well done!

I cooked your Italian Sausage and Garlic Mash tonight in the Ninja but I substituted strips of eye fillet beef for the sausages. It turned out really well but I do think the sausages would have given it a bit more flavour.

OMG Susannah they look absolutely delicious (Honey Chorizo Roasted Potatoes). Definitely will be doing these. Thank you for yet another brilliant idea. 😊
