Love the new recipe for your bread, I will certainly be doing this. I just want to say thankyou very very much for your book which i received yesterday, it is a great book for everyday use. I just used your method for cooking my roast pork joint and I must say it’s come out perfectly, crispy crackling as well. I cant wait to have the rest of the dinner. Thank you for your very easy to understand instructions. You are very good at simplifying something that seems really complex at first. My parents bought me one for my birthday and I need to learn so I'll be checking out your other videos and recipes. I've read the manual. Doesn't compare to an experienced user explaining in plain English.
