I cooked this dish this weekend (Bread & Butter Pudding), first time ever cooking bread a butter pudding it was delicious, I used lemon drizzle hotcross bun along with millionaire hot cross buns I used cheap can of ready made custard, and half cup of cream + 1 egg, I have to say it was absolutely delicious I didn't add anything else, and my neighbour said it was best bread a butter pudding ever thank you for the videos they provide excellent reference for cook great food ❤
