BLOG - AUGUST 2024

I have been living my best life this month with 9 nights in Dubai with my son Henry and friends. What an amazing place to visit and I feel very privileged to have travelled here and experienced so much. Henry's highlight was Jet Skiing around The Palm to the Burj Al Arab. I find it hard to choose my favourite, but Dubai Fountains at night with the Burj Khalifa lit up choked me up slightly, it really is quite magical. I'll post a short video on my Travel YouTube channel in the next week or so if you're interested.

In my absence Michael was holding the fort, processing book orders and dealing with any queries that he could - I hope he did a great job. I have to admit to having a slight panic in getting recipes prepared for whilst I was away as I wanted to ensure there was enough content for you all. I really hope you have been enjoying recent recipes and I promise I have some amazing ones coming up!

My NEW Christmas Ninja Recipe Book is in full swing with just a few more recipes to create and record for YouTube. As I'm writing this we're eating Xmas Canapés that I made for the book and I'd be lying if I said I've only had one!

I'm a bit sad for Henry to be returning to school next week but routine is good for us all. I'm straight back into exercising after my break away in an attempt to burn some of the calories - Fitness is probably my second passion after cooking.

As Autumn approaches I have some fantastic ideas for new recipes for you and I'm feeling excited to get started on these. I have a long list already as I'm always planning ahead. If you have any requests then please let me know; I can't promise but I do try to make recipes that people specifically ask for.

We added a new page on the website a few days ago to provide you with any Discount Offers which I get notified of by Ninja (and other appropriate companies). A recent offer on the Ninja Foodi MAX Dual Zone Air Fryer reduced it from £270 to £160 !! We will update the offers page regularly with fabulous deals to save you some pounds.
