I hope everyone has had a wonderful Christmas and have used the Ninja Foodi to its max!
I want to start this months Blog by telling you about a fantastic offer that we have on the SK2 Subscription. It's normally £3 per month or £30 for the year - but from 1st January 2025 you can purchase the annual subscription with 20% off, making it just £24. This offer is running for the whole month and means you are only paying the equivalent of £2 per month to access my printable recipes. There are currently over 200 recipes available (all with links to the relevant YouTube video) and I add a minimum of 2 recipes per week (it's usually 4 or 5 though!). I'll be adding as many as I can during January so that you can take full advantage of this great deal.

You may have seen on social media that I went away earlier this month with my Mum for a belated birthday trip to Marrakech. We cancelled this from when covid hit us a few years ago and had the best time exploring the city with the highlight being a hot air balloon trip over the Atlas mountains. An incredible country and I can't recommend it enough.
Throughout December I have been bringing you Christmas recipes and leftover ideas plus anyone that purchased the Christmas Book will have hopefully made the most of their Ninja Foodi over the festive period. Thank you to everyone who bought the Christmas Ninja Recipe Book - I hope you found it useful and will repeat some of those recipes year after year. Please tell me below which ones you tried and what were your favourites ? Sorry to anyone who wanted one but missed out - I will be selling it again leading up to next Christmas.
My "99 Ninja Foodi Recipes" Book has been out of stock for a couple of weeks but we will be getting a new delivery of stock in the early part of January. If you'd like a copy you can pre-order it now here.
I asked on social media recently what sort of recipes / content you'd like to see from me in the new year, if you didn't see this then please comment with your suggests and requests below.
The week before Christmas Michael had surgery to remove a suspect lump from the side of his face and is healing well from this - I think it's all the good food he eats!
Henry has been studying for his Mock exams in January but hates revising so I've been supporting him the best I can. The timing could not be worse, spending Christmas with your head in a book, but it will be worth it for him.
We visited my family for Christmas Day and Boxing Day and had a wonderful time. My nephew is only 4 so the Santa magic was very real.
As I'm writing this we are preparing for Michael to have a second surgery in the morning on his lower back to relieve his Sciatica which is caused by a compressed lower spine, so it will be a very quiet New Years Eve for us with him recovering.
Lastly, thank you so much for your support this year. It's been an amazing 2024 and I never would have thought this time last year that I would have published 2 cookery books.
Wishing you all a Happy and Healthy New Year,
