February has come and gone already and thankfully it's not been a harsh winter this year. The sun is shining through our front windows as I write this so Spring is definitely in the air.
There's been a lot of bugs/viruses going around and both me & Henry have suffered, so I apologise if I sound a bit hoarse/croaky in some of my videos lately. Michael's back is getting stronger after his op and he hopes to be back playing golf next week (peace at last! 😂). However, he also had small lump (non-cancerous thankfully) removed from the side of his face just before Christmas so he now has to be very careful in the sun going forward. So we've been shopping for nice (?!) bucket hats for golf and non-sticky sun cream that he can wear every day to stay protected.
Anyway, onto food-chat... Did you like my Valentines Meal menu idea videos ? Did you try any of them and how did it turn out for you ? Did it make or break your Valentines Evening ?!! 🥰
Please let me know below if you like these type of combination meal idea videos.
I added 20 printable recipes onto the SK1 & SK2 subscriptions during February (that's 5 per week) and I also added 10 YouTube recipe videos plus 4 'shorts'. Hopefully with the current recipe book, the YouTube videos and printable recipes, you're finding there's plenty to keep you learning and creating wonderful recipes for yourself and your family.

If you aren't aware, I have grouped my YouTube recipes into 'playlists' so that you can find what you want more easily (although I wish YouTube would add a simple search button so you can find what you want on my channel quicker). There are playlists for certain functions like STEAM, BAKE, AIR FRY, STEAM ROAST, PRESSURE COOK, etc. as well as playlists for certain foods, like LAMB, CHICKEN, PORK, BEEF, CURRIES, DESSERTS, etc. I hope this helps you find what you want easier.
Please do let me know below what types of recipes you would personally prefer me to create for you, although I always try to produce a good mix to suit as many people and tastes as possible. Would you like more desserts, quick recipes, low-calorie recipes, snacks, one-pot meals, recipes using certain functions, etc., etc. ??
Enjoy your cooking during March and please keep posting your creations or questions on the Facebook Group or use the Forum pages on my website.
Thanks. I completely agree about YouTube search function! Is there any way to find out which are the new recipes you have added to your website? (I am a subscriber). Thanks for what you do.
