2025 began very quietly for us with Michael coming out of hospital after his back surgery on New Year's Eve.
Although it wasn't ideal for some of you who had to wait until the new year, but running out of stock of "99 Ninja Foodi Recipes" just before Christmas turned out to be a good time for us with Michael out of action for a while. It's meant that life's been a bit manic for me; driving Henry to School and back, picking him up and back, taking him to his football & basketball clubs and back, in amongst running Susannah's Kitchen orders, packing, replying to YouTube & Facebook questions and comments, plus running the house.
But this is the perfect time to acknowledge the massive input and help I receive from Ray Bates on my Ninja Foodi Facebook Group who administers this for me all day, every day in amongst his daily life too. Thank You so much Ray 🙏🏼

New Stock of my Ninja Foodi cook book arrived on Sat 18th January and we started shipping them out on Mon 20th Jan as planned. It was hard work but we had all of the back-orders despatched by Tuesday 🥵
We have to order a small batch at at time due to the space required to store them at home and the cost outlay. This means we may run out of stock for a short period each time before the next batch comes in. So if you haven't got one yet and you want to ensure you don't miss out, it's best to order once we have a new batch arrive, like now. We estimate we might run out again at the beginning of March before the next batch arrives around mid-late March.

I've had some amazing reviews already, but would appreciate hearing more from you. Michael's back is healing well and getting stronger. He can't do too much for 6 weeks but it's looking promising so far. My previous foot issues are returning so I've been struggling with that a little, whilst wanting to exercise daily, it's not always possible - don't you feel that there's always something as you get older ? Although I don't feel old (43 this year), our bodies are telling us otherwise!
It makes us feel that you have to make the most of life with family - I'm about to book a short holiday to Spain with mum & dad in April, we have a family holiday to Bali in July which should be amazing - Have you been there and got any tips/advice for us ?
Henry has received most of his mock GCSE exam results back and he's pleased with those overall. There's room for improvement but that's what mock exams are for, right ? He needs to achieve a certain average mark across his best 8 subjects to stay at his current school for sixth form years, so that's what he's aiming for and is on track 🤞🏼.
The SK2 Subscription January Sale Offer of £24 (reduced from £30) has been well received and has just a couple more days to run. I hope those that are using it are enjoying all the printable recipes I've added lately. I appreciate it's not for everyone but if you prefer a written recipe and ingredients list to go along with my YouTube videos, it's well worth having this.

Glad to hear that your hubby is on the mend. Family time is important, so make the most of the holidays you have planned...which i am sure you will do. I just wanted to say, although your book is still in limbo for me (as mentioned i hope to pick it up whilst in the uk end of month), nevertheless I have been experimenting with my Ninja 14 in 1 foodi. Your youtube videos have been a foundation for me to adapt to caribbean recipes. I made Rice n peas, burnt sugar stew chicken and mac pie in a mum of time on Sunday, using a combo of sear & saute following up on pressure. Thus not only…
Hello Susannah. I would like to say thank you for all of the fabulous recipes you provide on your website. You have been so helpful as a relative new comer to the ninja foodie giving detailed and yet simple clear instructions of how to use it. My family …and myself….have been enjoying such tasty and delicious meals you have shared. I imagine it takes a lot of time and effort and with all the challenges you have been facing recently you’re doing a great job. Keep up the great work please
Hi Susannah, I guess you couldn’t really celebrate New Year’s Eve as normal with Michael’s operation but on the plus side by early summer he will be able to enjoy the sunshine. Hopefully your foot will get better too and toe the line (sorry that was terrible)
I have been using your recipes so much and the sausage rolls are very popular and I
keep making more batches - when I have work done I keep the workforce very happy with them. The chestnut and sprout dish - I had to make three batches - they were that popular and used chestnuts I picked up myself which was extra special.
