I have to begin with a THANK YOU to everyone who has pre-ordered my Christmas Ninja Foodi Recipes Cook Book. I'm really excited for you to receive it and start making some of the recipes. I think every month of this year has just gone faster and faster - with Henry getting ill with shingles and going away with my Mum for a few days October has disappeared quickly. I had a lovely mini-break in Menorca (we got an outstanding deal!!) so I recharged my batteries ready for the crazy months ahead of dispatching the new recipe book. We took walks along the beach, drunk wine and relaxed by the rooftop pool, whilst Michael was covering and working hard!!

Are you ready for the festive months ahead ? Have you already started your Christmas Shopping ?! We're thinking about offering e-Gift Cards on the website from say £5 up to £30 so you can buy your loved ones such a voucher for buying a book or perhaps a recipes subscription - please let us know if you think it would be useful to you in the comments below.

I've been doing my best to add as many older recipes onto the website this month in-between creating new content and creating the Christmas Book. If you're interested in a printable recipes SK Subscription then there are currently over 160 recipes to choose from and it costs from as little as £2.50 a month (for the annual subscription). You can then print and store them for future use again and again.

Some of my favourite recipes this month have been my Chicken Cordon Bleu (steam meal), Katsu Curry, Caramelised Cider Onion Hot Dogs and the Roasted Tomato Soup. If you haven't tried them yet, then I highly recommend you give them a go.

This month I have reached an amazing 14,500 Subscribers on YouTube and it continues to grow each month which is incredible.

Throughout November I will still be releasing Christmas recipe videos on YouTube which will be useful once you have the Christmas Cook Book. There are QR codes on most recipes in the book to the video so if you like to watch the method you can do this whilst you follow along with the written description.

Alongside these videos will be lots of Autumnal recipes too. I have a fabulous Shepherds pie with Whipped Feta Mash, Chicken & Chorizo Hot Honey Pasta and a Pineapple Upside Down Cake coming soon.
